What this covers

Workshops, as we run them.

  • Working sessions, not lectures - your documents on the table
  • Governance workshops - charters, delegations, board effectiveness
  • Course and assessment studios - design and moderation in real time
  • Quality practice - self-assurance, evidence and review cycles
  • Team-based learning - shared language across academic and professional staff
  • In-house delivery - tailored to your provider and your calendar
How it runs

Three movements, in order.

01

Scope

We agree the outcome and the documents the room will work on before anyone books a flight.

02

Work

Facilitated, hands-on sessions - short input, long practice, honest feedback.

03

Land

Every workshop closes with owners and next steps written down, not implied.

Scheduling. Sessions run on a rolling calendar - dates for the next intake are confirmed on registration. Tell us your timeframe and we will match you to the next available session or arrange an in-house delivery.
What you receive

What participants take back to campus.

How our programs are built. Every AHEG Skills program is written by practitioners who advise higher education providers year-round, and is anchored in the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021 where the framework applies. Programs build capability; they do not confer regulatory outcomes or endorsements.
Next step

Bring workshops to your team.

Public sessions run on a rolling calendar; in-house deliveries are shaped around your provider.
